Mounting & Laminating

We can offer a variety of mounting finishes:-

  • 2000mic card - heavyweight card for small, none permanent displays
  • Foamboard - lightweight, polystyrene filled cardboard - for exhibition prints
  • PVC - rigid PVC - various thicknesses - hard wearing - for display prints
  • Opal or clear acrylic - for light boxes
  • MDF - thick boards for permanent displays and for use with split battens
  • Correx - lightweight corrugated plastic - ideal for hanging signage

To protect your prints, there is also a choice of gloss, satin or anti-scuff laminates.

A more flexible protective coating is encapsulation, in either satin or gloss. This process encases the print, but allows it to be rolled for transportation.

Fixings such as velcro tabs, clear window suckers, eyelets on banners or split battens for MDF - can also be applied.
