Amplitude marquees offer a bespoke Event Planning and Management service making your event run smoothly from start to finish.
Pre event production services include event planning and budgeting, theme creation and supply, catering coordination and selection, entertainment sourcing, logistics planning incorporating transportation and accommodation.
In addition we offer 'On the day event management services' which encompass all the points as mentioned in addition to;
- Liaising with suppliers on site - set up and installation of all event requirements
- Ensuring the room layouts are appropriate and catering requirements are in order
- Rehearsals, presenter coordination, lighting and sound formats
- Coordination of all event timings
- Bar coordination
- De rig and Clear up of the event
With our experience of events we are conscious of every minor detail which enables the event to run smoothly, attention to detail is crucial and our event management team have a keen eye for small factors which contribute to stress free event - This would include, but is not limited to:
- Cleanliness - function site toilets and foyer areas checked at regular intervals
- Event stewarding
- Toast master services
In addition we would ensure all event suppliers meet with Health and Safety regulations and can present copies of Insurance documents.
With the assistance of our internal events team can provide a wide range of theme kits - we have a vast stock of props, backdrops, linen (including chair covers and tie backs in a range of fabrics), special effects, lighting additions and entertainment suggestions which compliment your chosen theme.
